Downloading the photos to the blog it was pretty clear that this post was going to be a me made holiday round up - there's lots of visual eye candy of gorgeous Grecian villages, sunsets and more.

It's been a busy week, with the Sew Scottish meet up in Edinburgh, a busy week at work and a jam packed (and sunny) bank holiday weekend.

This is so exciting - my first me made May!

I have two big trips planned for this year - as well as New York, at the end of May we'll be heading to Greece to do some island hopping. My wardrobe ideas for Greece are romantic, flowing airy dresses. Cottons and drapes wovens.

I had no expectations about whether I'd enjoy macrame. I'd seen some on instagram and it looked pretty cool, I also figured it'd be pretty difficult and require a lot of dedication. Reader. I was wrong.

One of the most challenging aspects for me in getting started with a pattern is the adjustments. I don't think I'm alone in that!
